Due to the nature of our products we require maximum of 14 working days to process and dispatch your order. Please allow 2 – 5 days for delivery to UK postcodes and up-to 1 week to international destinations.

Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.
Prior to shipping, our team will perform an extensive inspection of the products you have ordered. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 days.
Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not control it completely because many parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that your order may be out of stock when your order has been made.
The policy is for 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item cannot be used, and it must be in its original condition. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
