If you are shipping to international, the shipping fee is based upon the dimensional weight or the actual weight, whichever is greater. The remote and extended area surcharge might apply to heavy and oversize shipment that may include customs clearance procedures. We refund on any overpaid shipping cost.

Prior to shipping, our team will perform an extensive inspection of the products you have ordered. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 days.
Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not control it completely because many parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that your order may be out of stock when your order has been made.
The policy is for 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item cannot be used, and it must be in its original condition. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
