Dispatch: Deliveries will be dispatched within 5-14 working days of ordering. We aim for UK deliveries to be received within 1 – 4 working days of dispatch, and for international deliveries up to 10 working days and 21 working days via Royal mail international standard and fast tracked service respectively. However, due to delays during busy periods and a delay in your country’s Customs, longer delivery times may occur.

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not control it completely because many parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that your order may be out of stock when your order has been made.
The policy is for 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item cannot be used, and it must be in its original condition. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
